A new national museum has open in Dazaifu, near Fukuoka City. There are only 3 or 4 like this in Japan. For inaguration, some objects from the other museums where bringed for temporal exibition. There were just too many people! specially old people because the entrance is free for them. I went with my japanese school. This museum focuses in the relationship of Japan with other asian countries. the island of kyushu has been the door of japan because of its proximity to korea and china. also there are some christian objects as result with trade with portugese and dutchs (nagasaki -in kyushu- was the only port where they where allowed to arrive). Also we saw a CG movie about the explotion of Aso Volcano 9000 years ago but it is very simple. I will go next moth to Aso Volcano, also with my japanese school, stay in touch for the pics.

After going around the museum i went again (this was my 3th time) to the dazaifu shrine. this shrine is dedicated to the god of study (tenjin-sama). we also appeciated the autumn red trees.
